Flanges Dealer & Stockist in Delhi

Getting a flange order wrong is expensive and always discovered on site, so it pays to be precise: the standard (Table E, ASA 150, PN16 and so on) sets the bolt circle and hole count, the type (slip-on, weld neck, blind) sets how it joins the pipe, and the facing (flat face or raised face) must match what it bolts to. Our free flange identification tool works backwards from the dimensions you can measure on site, which is the fastest way to identify an existing flange before ordering a mating piece.

Flanges — common questions

How do I identify an existing flange?
Measure three things: the flange outside diameter, the bolt circle diameter (centre to centre across opposite holes), and the number of bolt holes. Enter them in our flange identification tool and it will tell you the standard and size. If the flange is unmarked and non-standard, send us a photo with the measurements on WhatsApp and we will identify it.
When should I use a slip-on flange versus a weld neck flange?
Slip-on flanges are cheaper, easier to align and welded with two fillet welds — fine for low and moderate pressure water, air and general service. Weld neck flanges have a tapered hub butt-welded to the pipe, giving a smooth bore and far better fatigue and thermal cycling performance. High pressure, steam, cyclic and code-governed piping should use weld neck.
What is Table E and how does it compare to ASA 150?
Table E is an Indian/British standard (IS 6392, derived from BS 10) widely used for water and low-pressure service in India, rated to around 10 bar. ASA/ANSI Class 150 is the American standard rated to around 20 bar at ambient. Their bolt circles and hole counts differ, so a Table E flange will not bolt to an ASA 150 flange — always confirm before ordering.
