What we do

We are a stockist and dealer, which means we take physical delivery of material, hold it, and sell it on with the paperwork intact. That is a different business from broking, where an order is passed along a chain and nobody in the middle has seen the goods. It matters when a delivery date slips or a certificate goes missing, because there is only one person to hold responsible — us.

Our range covers four families of product: industrial valves from 15 mm to 600 mm, MS, GI, seamless and stainless steel pipes from half an inch to 24 inch, fittings and flanges in every standard the Indian market uses, and ISI marked fire fighting equipment. Between them they cover a complete piping system, which is why most customers end up consolidating their purchase order with us rather than splitting it across four suppliers.

How we work

Quotations go out in writing, with item-wise rates, GST, freight and a validity date — because mill prices move and a verbal rate is worth nothing a week later. Material is dispatched with the mill or manufacturer test certificate, and with IBR forms, ISI licence details or UL/FM listings where the application needs them. Nothing is promised for later.

The part of the job we most enjoy is the conversation before the order. Buyers frequently ask for the wrong thing — a throttled gate valve that will leak within a year, Class C pipe where Class B is specified, a swing check valve on a pump discharge that will hammer the line apart. Saying so costs us margin on that order and earns the next ten.
